Yes, we have professional installers and provide own transport. If necessary, we can provide technical support for the duration of the event.
How to calculate the required number of tents for rent?
For frame tents (V3, V2), at least 2 m2 per person should be assumed.
In the STARTENT tent, it is about 3 m2 due to its sloping shape.
You should also determine how much space you want to provide for your guests and what accessories you are going to use.
In case of any problems, contact us – we will advise you.
Can you make a print on the tent that I rent?
Yes, as a tent manufacturer, we provide this service. We can print single walls, a drip cap, or the entire roof. You will have to pay extra charge according to the price list. The printed coating is your property and you can use it for your next event.
How many people are required to set up the tent?
This depends on the size and model of the tent. The V3 tents require 2 people as standard. For smaller size tents (3x3m), one person is enough.

How far in advance should I make reservations?
Confirm your tent reservation as soon as possible. Early reservation is a guarantee of a fixed date and rental equipment availability. The high season for tent rentals is the period between May and August.
We recommend making reservations at least 4–8 weeks in advance for large events and at least 2–4 weeks in advance for small events.
