PRINTING METHODS
SUBLIMATION
Sublimation printing is a chemical process during which, under the influence of very high temperatures, sublimation ink penetrates the structure of the material, coloring it.
It is an ideal method in terms of the quality of reproducing a multicolored graphic design such as photos and graphics; however, it is restricted by the fact that it is made only on white polyester material.
Sublimation is a one-sided print so that the left side of the fabric remains unprinted in white; double-sided printing is only possible on a special polyester blockout fabric.
The use of the sublimation method on printed tents gives an image with strongly saturated colors that attracts the eye and perfectly reflects the details of the graphics. Sublimation ensures a long period of use of the tent without loss of color (the fabric will not fade).
It also guarantees safety as it does not damage the environment and does not pose a danger to visitors to your booth.

UV PRINTING
UV printing using Agfa Anapurna equipment is a modern printing technology that offers high-quality and durable prints. Agfa Anapurna uses UV technology to cure UV inks using ultraviolet light, which enables fast curing of inks on a wide variety of substrates, including a variety of materials, such as fabrics, glass plates, plastics, metals, and wood. The print is highly resistant to color fading. It is possible to print directly with white color on materials of various colors.

THERMAL TRANSFER
Thermal transfer printing is a method that involves printing flex foil using a latex method and pressing it into the polyester material using a thermal transfer press. The process of thermal transfer printing uses a cutting plotter, which cuts the logo from the printed flex foil with an accuracy up to 0.1 mm. With the precision image transfer, the images can be aesthetically placed on the fabric.
The thermal transfer method allows placing individual logos on the tent without having to print the entire surface of the material. The method is an excellent solution for those who appreciate simplicity and minimalism. With this printing method, the original color of the fabric remains visible on both sides, so that the inside of the tent is the same color as the outside. There is a wide range of colors of flex foil in mat and gloss, including gold and silver.
