STANDARD polyester material has a weight of 240 g/m2 and a rich color palette. It is extremely resistant to stretching and tearing. The STANDARD polyester used in VITABRI for the production of coatings is double-impregnated, which guarantees 100% water resistance (H2O column of 3,040 mm). In addition, it has resistance to moisture and UV radiation (5/8 on the UV resistance scale), retaining its original colors for a long time. It is also stain-resistant and easy to clean. The STANDARD polyester material can also be covered with a flame-retardant coat (additional option: white color) and have a B1 certificate for special applications.

Due to its versatility, the STANDARD polyester material is applicable in almost all conditions of tent use, which makes it the most frequently chosen material by our customers.

SUBLIMATION polyester has a weight of 240 g/m2. It is a double-coated material, which guarantees 100% water resistance (H2O column of 3,040 mm). It comes only in white color. The fabric is adapted to digital printing using the sublimation method, where the material is subjected to high temperatures during the printing process.

Thanks to the dense and fine weave, the print does not scratch or rub off after external contact and the ink penetrates deep into the structure of the material, ensuring a long life of the print without color change. The sublimation polyester material allows for exceptionally sharp and durable printing, making the print clear and full of detail. As a result, pop-up tents made of this material can be decorated with logos, graphics, or photos in a way that attracts attention and stands out from the competition.

The PREMIUM polyester material has a weight of 270 g/m2 and is 100% waterproof. The PREMIUM polyester material has been additionally coated with a layer of acrylic, which makes the material highly resistant to weather and UV light (7/8 on the UV resistance scale), which means that it basically does not fade. A distinct texture and a weave that is easily felt by touch add character to the PREMIUM polyester and increase its tear resistance. Its technical properties make it a modern generation and hi-tech material. With an additional outer layer of acrylic, it is possible to directly print on the fabric using UV technology.

PREMIUM polyester is chosen by customers whose tents are used frequently throughout the year and are thus exposed to external factors, such as sun or water. By combining PREMIUM polyester material with high-quality VITABRI structures, you get a tent that will serve you for years while maintaining an aesthetic appearance.

Acrylic material is a top-quality product. Its elegant design immediately attracts attention. Perfectly finished, it stands out with its original colors, is pleasant to the touch, and exudes sophistication.
The ACRYLIC material has a weight of 300 g/m2.

Immersion dyed acrylic fibers and a special external impregnation ensure excellent color fastness for a long time and a high level of resistance to water and dirt. The material is 100% waterproof. The UV resistance of the acrylic fabric is very high (8/8 on the UV resistance scale), which means that it basically does not fade. Acrylic material has a higher weight and stiffness than polyester materials. Its texture is smooth and more chunky and the fabric itself is finely woven, which makes it very resistant to rips and stretching.

Due to its properties, the acrylic material is mainly used for all-season tents, which are exposed to intensive outdoor conditions. In addition, the material is used for the advanced structures (VITABRI V2 and V5) to emphasize the qualities of the product as a whole and give it full elegance.

PVC material is a high-quality material designed mainly for the manufacture of tent and outdoor structure coatings. It has a number of characteristics that make it a popular choice in the event and construction industry.

The PVC material is a polyester material coated on both sides with PVC (26% polyester, 74% PVC) with a total weight of 450 g/m2. The material is flexible and durable, which makes it highly resistant to tearing and mechanical damage. This is especially important for tents and other structures that are subjected to heavy use.

The material is varnished on one side and has a European B1 or M2 flame-retardant certificate. The fabric structure is based on polyester mesh inside PVC, which prevents the ingress of moisture and dirt and makes the material easy to maintain.
The PVC material is extremely resistant to UV radiation (8/8 on the UV resistance scale) and other weather conditions.

The PVC material is easy to clean and maintain. Stains and dirt can be easily removed with a mild detergent and water, or with stronger agents as they should not damage the material. It is possible to print directly on the fabric with machines using UV technology.

The PVC material is available in a wide range of colors.

It can be used in a temperature range of -25°C to +60°C.
