VITABRI urn tent:

In response to the growing popularity of cremation and changing funeral traditions, VITABRI has created specialized urn tents for cremation funeral homes. The 1.3×1.3 m VITABRI urn tent is designed with elegance and functionality in mind.

The VITABRI urn tent can be personalized with a print of the funeral home’s logo, frills, and crinkled covers finished with gold or silver trim.

In addition, the urn tent can be equipped with a 70×70 cm VITABRI PRO aluminum folding table, which provides a solid base for the urn. The height of the table can be adjusted from 74 to 105 cm to perfectly fit any ceremony.

The VITABRI urn tent and the PRO aluminum table is the perfect combination to add elegance to any funeral ceremony.

STRUCTURE OF THE VITABRI V3 FUNERAL TENT

We are proud to present to you the most durable aluminum structure available on the market – the VITABRI V3 model certified to withstand winds of up to 100 km/h. If weight is added and the structure is properly secured, the tent provides complete safety, even in the most difficult conditions in cemeteries.

VITABRI V3 SPECIFICATIONS:

High-quality hard aircraft aluminum, T6 6061 alloy.
Hexagonal leg profile with a diameter of 50 mm.
The thickness of the aluminum wall is as much as 2 mm.
Durable polycarbonate fasteners (polypropylene with fiberglass), not to be confused with plastic Chinese equivalents.

OUR FABRICS

All fabrics used in the production of VITABRI funeral tent coatings come from Europe and are certified according to their type and specifications. Our team has carefully selected these materials to meet the highest standards and current trends. For the funeral industry, we particularly recommend the following fabrics: standard polyester (from Poland), premium polyester (from Germany), and acrylic fabric (from France). The differences between these fabrics are mainly in the degree of UV resistance and weight. All the materials we offer are 100% waterproof.

The funeral industry is demanding. The VITABRI funeral tent can be customized by adding elegant elements, such as fixed or removable tent valances, crinkled leg covers tied in a bow, or straight leg covers. The whole structure can be finished with silver or gold trim, which gives the tent an elegant and noble look.

STANDARD POLYESTER

STANDARD polyester material has a weight of 240 g/m2 and a rich color palette. It is extremely resistant to stretching and tearing. The STANDARD polyester used in VITABRI for the production of coatings is double-impregnated, which guarantees 100% water resistance (H2O column of 3,040 mm). In addition, it has resistance to moisture and UV radiation (5/8 on the UV resistance scale), retaining its original colors for a long time. It is also stain-resistant and easy to clean. The STANDARD polyester material can also be covered with a flame-retardant coat (additional option: white color) and have a B1 certificate for special applications.

Due to its versatility, the STANDARD polyester material is applicable in almost all conditions of tent use, which makes it the most frequently chosen material by our customers.

PREMIUM POLYESTER

The PREMIUM polyester material has a weight of 270 g/m2 and is 100% waterproof. The PREMIUM polyester material has been additionally coated with a layer of acrylic, which makes the material highly resistant to weather and UV light (7/8 on the UV resistance scale), which means that it basically does not fade. A distinct texture and a weave that is easily felt by touch add character to the PREMIUM polyester and increase its tear resistance. Its technical properties make it a modern generation and hi-tech material. With an additional outer layer of acrylic, it is possible to directly print on the fabric using UV technology.

PREMIUM polyester is chosen by customers whose tents are used frequently throughout the year and are thus exposed to external factors, such as sun or water. By combining PREMIUM polyester material with high-quality VITABRI structures, you get a tent that will serve you for years while maintaining an aesthetic appearance.

The PREMIUM polyester material comes with a 3-year warranty.

ACRYLIC

Acrylic material is a top-quality product. Its elegant design immediately attracts attention. Perfectly finished, it stands out with its original colors, is pleasant to the touch, and exudes sophistication.
The ACRYLIC material has a weight of 300 g/m2.

Immersion dyed acrylic fibers and a special external impregnation ensure excellent color fastness for a long time and a high level of resistance to water and dirt. The material is 100% waterproof. The UV resistance of the acrylic fabric is very high (8/8 on the UV resistance scale), which means that it basically does not fade. Acrylic material has a higher weight and stiffness than polyester materials. Its texture is smooth and more chunky and the fabric itself is finely woven, which makes it very resistant to rips and stretching.

Due to its properties, the acrylic material is mainly used for all-season tents, which are exposed to intensive outdoor conditions. In addition, the material is used for the advanced structures (VITABRI V2 and V5) to emphasize the qualities of the product as a whole and give it full elegance.

The ACRYLIC material comes with a 5-year warranty.

VITABRI FUNERAL TENT PRINTING

VITABRI has a modern printing machinery and its own graphic studio. The printing process is a key element in the production of funeral tents. Our specialists will select the appropriate printing method for the tent according to the graphic design and the type of fabric. We will prepare the graphic design of your tent free of charge.

Depending on the type of fabric and design, we make prints on funeral tents by sublimation, thermal transfer, or UV. Our prints are of high quality and durability.

The tent can be printed in silver and gold.
